TouchView Mobile: Access Your Video Surveillance Anywhere
TouchView Mobile is a free Android app developed by Salient Systems that allows users to access their video surveillance system from their smartphone. With TouchView Mobile, users can connect to their Salient CompleteView VMS and have instant access to live video with audio, playback of recorded video with audio, and PTZ camera control from anywhere.
The app enables users to configure multiple layouts with different sizes to monitor live video and access cameras connected to any CompleteView recording server directly or through a Video Proxy. TouchView Mobile also supports analog cameras, IP cameras, and encoders. Additionally, users can import and export configuration files between Android and other devices.
With TouchView Mobile, users can easily search recordings based on date and time and control playback with the scrub bar. The app also supports PTZ camera speed and frame rate control, snapshot taking, and built-in light control while in live view. Users can select video quality levels and HTTPS support is available for both CompleteView and Video Proxy servers.
